Go into the search bar band type Control Panel. Access Mouse Settings through the Taskbar Another way is to start with the Control Panel. I suggest the ones from the " Cursor Pack" as they seem the most in depth and well kept. Type Mouse Settings in the search box of your taskbar, click on Mouse. You will not have a "Reimu" scheme until you make it yourself)Ĥ) Select "Desktop" and open up your folder that you extracted there (the animated cursor pack which is likely named "Touhou Cursor Pack")Īnd then select the icons you want. (The Scheme name of mine is "Reimu" because I saved it as such.
